Overview
Loomtion (“we”, “us”, or “our”) helps you turn Notion page trees into professional documents. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and the practices we follow while Loomtion is in Beta.
Notion data access
Loomtion connects to your Notion workspace through Notion’s official OAuth APIs. We request access solely to read the pages and structure you choose so we can process and generate documents (for example PDF exports with numbering, hierarchy, and table of contents).
We do not use Notion content for advertising, training unrelated models, or any purpose beyond document compilation and delivering the Loomtion service you requested.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data or your Notion workspace content. We do not permanently store your workspace pages beyond what is needed to compile and deliver a document. Temporary processing data used during generation is discarded when compilation is complete, except where retention is required for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
Account and service data
When you join the Beta or sign in, we may collect basic account information such as your name, email address, and OAuth identifiers needed to maintain your connection to Notion and provide support.
Analytics and security (Beta)
As a Beta product, we use standard analytics and operational logging to understand product usage, improve reliability, and diagnose errors. These practices are limited to what is reasonably necessary to run and secure the service.
We apply industry-standard security measures appropriate for a Beta SaaS product, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on production systems, and careful handling of OAuth tokens. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use Loomtion accordingly while we continue hardening the platform.
Data retention
Generated documents and related processing artifacts are retained only as long as needed to provide the export or share experience you requested, or until you disconnect your workspace / delete related records where that option is available. Account records are kept while your Beta access remains active.
