Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Loomtion, including our website, beta waitlist, and document compilation features. By accessing or using Loomtion, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

Beta notice

Loomtion is currently offered as a beta product. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Features may be incomplete, experimental, or change without notice
• Exports may not perfectly match Notion formatting or block support
• Service availability, speed, and output quality are not guaranteed
• Beta access may be limited, paused, or revoked at our discretion

You use Loomtion during the beta at your own risk. Do not rely on it as your only copy of important content.

The service

Loomtion helps you compile Notion page trees into structured documents (for example PDFs with hierarchy, numbering, and navigation). The service connects to Notion through official APIs and processes only the workspace content needed to generate the output you request.

Today, the public beta may include a waitlist and early access to export features as they become available. We may add, change, or remove functionality as the product develops.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials used to access Loomtion and for all activity under your account.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the Notion content you connect and the documents generated from it, subject to your agreements with Notion and any third parties.

You grant Loomtion a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and transform your selected Notion content solely to provide the service — including generating exports and operating the platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the rights and permissions needed to use that content with Loomtion
• Your use complies with Notion's terms, applicable laws, and any confidentiality or client obligations you owe to others
• You will not use Loomtion to process content you are not authorized to access or export

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Use Loomtion to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Interfere with the stability or security of the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

Third-party services

Loomtion integrates with Notion and may rely on other third-party infrastructure providers. Your use of Notion remains subject to Notion's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Intellectual property

Loomtion's website, branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the service.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Loomtion, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation. This helps us improve the product during beta.

Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Loomtion at any time, including beta features or access levels. You may stop using Loomtion at any time.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loomtion disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that exports will be error-free, complete for every Notion block type, or suitable for legal, regulatory, or client delivery requirements without your review.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loomtion and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) EUR 100, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Loomtion moves beyond beta. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence.
