Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Loomtion, including our website and document generation features. By using Loomtion, you agree to these Terms.

Beta notice

Loomtion is currently offered as a Beta product and is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or temporarily fail. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect export fidelity, or fitness for a particular purpose during the Beta period.

The service

Loomtion helps you compile Notion page trees into structured documents via Notion’s official APIs. You authorize Loomtion to access the workspace content you connect for the sole purpose of providing that service.

User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you connect, process, and export through Loomtion. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content with Loomtion, and that your use complies with Notion’s terms, applicable laws, and any confidentiality obligations you owe to others.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Loomtion to process content you are not entitled to share or export.

Service modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Loomtion as we move from Beta toward production. These Terms may also change. When we update them, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of Loomtion after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loomtion and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Beta service.
